THE COURT. These two causes, denominated the "McKinley case" and the "Bechtold case", were consolidated prior to trial, and were heard by the court sitting without a jury. Separate findings of fact, conclusions of law, and judgments were entered in favor of the respective plaintiffs, and will be considered as one document. (Union Lumber Co. v. Simon, 150 Cal. 751 [89 Pac. 1077]; Willamette etc. Co. v. Colleye Co., 94 Cal. 229 [29 Pac. 629]; Stanton v. Superior Court, 202 Cal. 478 [261 Pac. 1001].) An appeal has been taken by all of the defendants except John G. Baker, on the ground that certain findings are not supported by the evidence.
